Returns

We offer a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
• Include all original tags and packaging.
• Be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

• A return shipping label (if applicable).
• Instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest option is to return the original item. Once your return has been approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.

Replacement or exchanged items are typically delivered within 7–10 business days, subject to product availability.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
